# Organizing Your Library

As you upload more files, keeping them organized makes it easier to find the right
document, or the right set of documents, later. Keyline offers two ways to do this:
libraries and bundles.

## Libraries

A library is the main collection your uploaded files live in. Every file you upload
belongs to a library, and every file in a library is searchable both on its own and as
part of [multi-file search](/docs/keyline/multi-file-search).

## Bundles

A bundle is a smaller, named set of files pulled from your library, useful when you want
to keep coming back to the same group of documents. Bundles are commonly created straight
from a [search](/docs/keyline/multi-file-search) result, so a useful set of matches does
not have to be found again from scratch.

## Choosing between a library and a bundle

Use your library for everything you upload; it is the full, searchable collection. Use a
bundle when you have identified a smaller set of files, for example everything relevant to
one topic or project, that you want to revisit without re-searching your whole library
each time.
