Ben Foden

Ben Foden is Regional Director, North America at Helpfeel. He leads the company's expansion across North America and works with customers on AI, knowledge, and customer experience.

He first joined Helpfeel, then known as Nota Inc., as a college intern. He became a full-time employee at Helpfeel in 2017, moved into product growth in 2022, and has led North American expansion since 2023.
