How calculated
“<1 hour” uses 0.5 hours. Each “+” choice uses its stated threshold: 2, 5, 10, or 20 hours. The calculated total cannot exceed 60 hours per week.
Monthly task hours = weekly task hours × 52 ÷ 12. Min and max capacity show 25% and 75% of those hours. The heading uses their average. Monthly value = average added hours × ($100,000 ÷ 2,080 annual work hours) × impact multiple.
The dial changes monthly value, not regained hours or action counts. The three actions each receive one third of the average regained hours. Counts round down and use the stated time per action. These are planning estimates, not predicted sales or retention outcomes. The multiple and recovery percentages are calculation assumptions. Dollar amounts represent salary-equivalent capacity, not measured revenue.
